Horrible staff, strongly recommend the company to have a record system over the phone. So the company can hear how rude the Chinese staff is like on the phone.

I would have given the zero stars as well.. Very unprofessional.. i called 5 times to ask about my loved ones case and 5 diffrent times with 5 diffrent people, hung up on me with no explanation

Does anyone actually know the corporate number to this agency ?

If I could give zero stars I would. Not sure of their screening process.. Phone calls not returned. Please don't trust your loved one with their staff.
