This is the worst customer services ever I called to get service for my 2 little sisters my mom doesnt speak English so I have to call to schedule an appointment. They refuse to give me an appointment unless my mom called. I asked if they had someone that spoke Spanish they said no that it was my responsibility to get a translator for my mom to talk I said I cloud translate for her. They refuse to allow me to translate. I would not recommend this office not even to my worst enemie. Dont take your kids here it seems they dont care for the kids well beeing. Since they didn't even care my sister are in terrible distress and need to be seen. They more worried about me paying for the appt. Saying you will have to pay before I give you appt. As a nurse this makes me feel disgusted. We as health care professionals you be worried more about our patients well being specially our children they are the future.

We had a very positive encounter with this business. We have never experienced the negative concerns others have experienced in these reviews. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and responsive. We saw Dr. Godar and she was absolutely wonderful. The wait was a few months to receive care as a new patient, but that's pretty common if it is not an emergency.

Staff is inviting and friendly. I've always enjoyed coming in to see my doctor and the reception staff 😊

Terry is wonderful and always remembers my name. I look forward to my sessions when I can get excellent psychological care and talk to the staff =)

So frustrating. Called to get an appointment . No one answers phones or apparently listens to voice mail. When they do answer phone, they take down information incorrectly. They seemed to be most concerned about getting paid. We are cancelling appointment and going elsewhere. Too bad, the Doctor sounded/looked nice. But we will never develop a client patient relationship due to inadequacy of front desk.
