Excellent facility, experienced staff and pleasant experience. My family member got tested here ( upon the recommendation of his heart doctor) and was promptly seen afterwards by their sleep specialist who explained the results and worked patiently with him to finally tolerate the treatments ( which he had not tolerated in the past ) and is in a much improved state of health. I would rank this place very HIGH.

I wish there was a rating less than one star. I regret spending any of my family's money here. My husband has been snoring for six years we've been married, and we finally decided to see a sleep specialist after his snoring progressed into worse symtoms such as him waking up choking. He had a great experience at first with the receptionist, but it all went downhill from there. First, the machine they gave him to complete his test died in the middle of the night. I don't understand why they gave him a machine that wasn't even functional. Second, the "nurse" who took him back belittled him for asking for a prescription for acid reflux medicine. He wanted to stop going at this point, but he thought he would give them another opportunity. Third, after the at-home assessment, they cancelled his appointment due to a "family emergency" and told him he had to wait another month just to have an appointment to discuss his results. This place is unprofessional, and I regret spending any of our money there. We will not be back and are currently looking for another option.
