Complete Impound & Recovery

It was 35 below zero and my car slid into a ditch. I called several places and they all said the same thing "We're only towing for police related accidents" OR "We can put you on schedule but can't give you a time" only for me to receive a call later that they can't get to me at all. So back to the phone book I went. The lady at Complete Tow was very pleasant and they got to me in 30 minutes despite the 35 below zero weather. The driver was very nice and professional. I will call them from now on!

Completely predatory company. I've been living in the same place 7 years and have had my car taken 2x in a week starting my parking pass isn't visible. Last week it fell in the window this week it was partly covered by my airfresher. They are money hungry. There is no reason I should have to live in fear of my car that registered with my complex being taken cause they decided my pass isn't visible enough for them, so I gotta check all in my window before I go in the house or park down the street in visitor area to feel secure. Ridiculous

The company did their job. I just hate that every time I called on the prices continued to change. Even when I called same day. Prices are too high and unpredictable when the impound your car. Inconsistencies. Then I get there to pay and the price increased. Unreal.

If your vehicle gets towed for expired tags. THEY WILL GO BACK THE NEXT DAY AND TOW AWAY AGAIN . Family member had vehicle towed on a saturday 4am, got it out Saturday at 11, and they went back Sunday at 4am . Would give zero stars if I could. I have been towed twice by them. Exorbitant fees. Predatory tactics. Dispatcher admitted to me that they purposely place signs in hard to see areas; an exploit or loophole that allows them to get more money.

Apparently they will tow your car without completely looking to see if you have any permit or pass for an apartment complex that you live in , I've lived in this complex for over and year and parked in the same parking spot everyday and got my car towed and was first told I didn't have a pass in my car then was told that I they found my pass but since it is expired that I will have to come out of pocket to get my car back . hopefully I can find a corporate numberService: Car towing

They respond very quickly. As far as I can see, all of the negative reviews are for people that got towed for a reason. Parking somewhere you shouldn't be yes, even for x amount of time is grounds for getting towed.Service: Car towing
