The moment I walked in the door I knew that they would take good care of me. The young ladies at the front desk are so sweet. Physical therapy BB- she was very knowledgeable. The Doctor Ms. Fernando, she made sure that I would be well. She is an amazing lady. Thank you all so very much for making me feel better.

Dr. Fernando was wonderful and very caring.  She found out that I had an infection in my ankle and treated it immediately.  Very patient and caring.  I will recommend her too anyone who need that special touch.  Great Doctor!

Dr.Fernando was great she made my doctors visit very comfortable. The environment was very clean and the staff was outstanding! I would definitely recommend Concentra to anyone.

Dr. Fernando is medical director at Kirby location. She is the best at her profession. I highly recommend anybody who has a injury at work to go see her specifically!!

I wasn't too sure what to expect going in to the urgent care, as I'm not from the area. However, all the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Special shout out to Sidney for being understanding and kind. Would highly recommend!
