Quick service. I was in the waiting room 10 minutes or so. The staff was super friendly and professional. the place was really cleaned and well organized.

Very pleasant and very nice staff they were very formal about the wait time to get my needs done and apologized for the wait time. Which now days is unheard of.

Good doctors and nurses but way to long of a wait. It was like the doctor went to lunch. For the most part friendly staff is the only saving grace.

There was no delay at the counter they got me going I was in and out of there very quickly and was completely satisfied of their expertise cleanliness and professionalism thank you again

Went in for a work injury the DR that looked at my foot couldn't see anything wrong took exrays and nothing so I don't get workman's comp she thinks I have gout I go see my regular DR and looks at my foot more than she did and suspects I cracked a bone on the side of my foot and clears me from work for the rest of the week with no pay if anybody sees melanee she is stupid and need to go back to school

My visit here was very pleasant experience. I didn't have to wait long after checking in. The lady handling my case was very professional n nice, friendly. I highly recommend Concentra.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted respectfully. As soon as I provided the correct document indicating of my purpose there, I was given paperwork to fill out with clear and easy instructions to correctly fill out the paperwork. Then when I was called to the back to take my tests, which I would like to add that it wasn't a long time I had to wait for. I was told exactly what was going to happen and with clear instructions as well as the expectations they would like from me. They always kept me informed and made me feel at ease being there, especially since this was my only time ever being there. I am grateful for having the opportunity to have the experience of going to Concentra. I would highly recommend this as the go to for any pre-employment lab tests or anything else they may provide to the customer. Might I add that this is my first time ever deciding to leave a review. So it goes to show that Concentra actually left quite an impression for me to be this satisfied that I finally decided to leave my first review, not only that but also a very lengthy one. So thanks Concentra.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr was informative and knowledgeable. Lobby was crowded but handled quickly even being short staffed.
