Concentra Urgent Care - Rancho Cucamonga

Went to get my drug screening at this place at approx 7:30pm on a Monday night. Got greeted by a nice lady that handed me two forms to fill out, seemed like she had finished her shift and was leaving. I filled out the forms and turned them in to another lady sitting a the counter, waited for about 45 minutes to get called with no news. I walked up to the counter and asked the lady for an eta and she said about one hour from checking in. Two minutes after she handed me the Clíp board again and asked me to verify some information. I did it, returned the clip board, and I saw her taking my clipboard to the back. five minutes after I was called in. Did she forget about me and it was not until I walked to ask for eta she remembered I was there??? The lady in the back was very nice and explained the whole process. Very helpful to me as it was my first time doing this. About the lady at the front, I think she forgot that I was there. Sorry, two stars only. for being inconsiderate about my time. She was having a full conversation with a gentleman standing on the other side of the counter while I was waiting for my documents to be sent to the back. Not fair.

Immediately when I walked in the front desk were laughing, giggling and not being attentive, and then my actual interaction with the front desk is terrible. I went through an accident and wanted to get checked out, and the girl at the front desk immediately told me "it's going to 6 hours more or less" I told them my situation and she had the audacity to diagnose me on the spot. "Well you're walking around you should be fine"... I couldn't believe it. This receptionist was really acting like a doctor trying to tell me I should be okay not even trying to understand my situation. The constant laughing with the front desk receptionist and another nurse didn't help. Them talking about "a lot of green folders today" and in reply "Girl that's all I gotta say Girl" with a condescending tone. I don't really feel like these ladies enjoy their job. More just a paycheck rather than actual patient care. Sad we have these type of people with these types of jobs. They told me they would contact me rather than having to wait 6 hours. Only to find out 6 hours later that they did not feel it's necessary to see me because they didn't have an x-ray tech on duty that night. Baffling how the receptionist didn't want to mention that to begin with. Maybe because they are too busy giggling and chuckling and talking bad about green folders. Such a waste of time. I would never recommend this place. There are different options and way better options than this place that's for sure. Thanks for nothing!

The wait was very long. And it wasn’t 1st come 1st serve. They call you back and u just wait while they take people who where called in after you. Then I was waiting for the nurse to take my samples while she do other things like play with empty cups. It honestly felt as if she was doing any and everything to stay busy until the very end of her shift which is fine. But she should have been at least trying to take care as many patients as possible until the end of her shift instead of making us wait while she do nothing

I wish I could give no star to this facility. I asked how long the wait was when I entered the facility. They told me the wait was about four hours. So I checked in and left for lunch and errands. Two hours later I called them to check how long it was the wait time. The staff told me that it's just one person ahead of me and asked me to rush back otherwise they would void my visit. So I did. But then I waited in my car as I was told to wait for their call. But they never called me for over 45 minutes. Then I went inside to check. The staff was like, oh, they haven't checked you in? OK they will be right now. Then the "right now" turned into 20 minutes. After four hours, they finally checked me in. But then they left me in the room waiting for over 60 minutes. I checked with them while I waited over 40 minutes cause I never waited this long before in other facilities. Just to make sure they were aware I was still here waiting. Finally, the doctor came in and it took like 5 minutes to complete the physical exam. So it took literally 6 hours to get one thing done. The doctor and the nurse seemed to feel sorry for the wait but there's nothing they could do. It's the system that is not working right, they do not allow appointment, and there is no way to track how long it's the wait and how many people are ahead of you so it gives you no idea how long it's the wait. And it's not fair that the staff warn you that they only give you five minutes to return to the facility otherwise they void your visit. But then they make you wait for additional three to fours hours without explanations... I just hope that I will never have to come back here again.

I visited this location at 10 am on a rainy Saturday! I was quoted a hour and a half was called in 3 hours. By the time I left they were quoting 6-8 hours. This location is very clean and well kept. The receptionist were quick, efficient, helpful and so nice for the conditions they work in. I would have rated a 2 star, but they made up for the experience. This location itself is overwhelmed with patients. I waited 3 hours just to be told to come back for bloodwork on Monday. I arrived on Monday at 9:30 and was seen at 11:30. It’s unfortunate that so many companies send their employees here as the wait time is awful! Maybe try a different location. I was told my a friend that there is one near the airport that is never busy!

Got here at 4:18AM to just do a physical and fit test for work and receptionist told me it would be a 2 hour wait from start to finish. I waited 2 hours in the lobby they never called me, I go up to ask them why am I waiting so long to be seen, and she says the approximate wait time is 2 hours the the person who does physicals doesn’t come in till 7AM. Waste of my time I had to wait 2/12 hours just to see someone and get what I needed done. They shouldn’t tell patients that it’s 2 hours from start to finish when it’s not and then receptionist gets attitude with me. Hate coming to this place for work related items. They should be honest and stop wasting peoples time and be more conscious of time frames. People do have lives.

I’d give no stars if I could. They told me I had a 5 hour wait and would call me on my phone. They never called me. They said they left a voicemail but my phone had 0 missed calls or voicemail. I was told I was then checked out. Then I was told to wait 3 more hours. Unbelievable. And the front staff don’t act as if they care about you as a patient. They have no sympathy.

I arrived at the clinic around 0900.first I was warn to stay there between 3 to 4hrs which I agreed ..I end up getting seen around 8pm how many hours is that? You do the maths!!! Only to find out that there’s only ONE person take care of all the patients!! I wouldn’t go out to eat and a diabetic! I was warned that if I leave the building I will lose my position in line so , I was forced to stay been hungry, I nearly fainted!! I was so weak it took one of the nurses to give pritzils and water?? Am very very upset about the ordeal and the worst experience I have ever had !!!!

Waited for five hours. Three hours in to be seen for about a minute and a half max. Then had to wait another hour and a half just to get checked out and told to follow up in two weeks nothing had changed. No physical examination no test. Nothing just waited five hours for Dr. J. Medina just to say you've been in therapy twice, just continue. Worst medical practice I've been to. Obviously this facility does not prioritize the well being of their patients health. I walked out of there crying in disbelief because I am a medical assistant and could never imagine any of the practices I've worked do this to one of our patients.

I was told at 9:30am that it would be a 4 hour wait for physical and drug screen and they did not accept appointments. I agreed to wait since I had no choice and it was still early enough to pick my son up from school. 2:30 rolls around and I’m still waiting. I talk to the front desk who tells me that there are still 8 people ahead of me. Thankfully, I was able to arrange for someone to pick my son up at 2:45 while I continue to wait. 3 turns into 4pm and I go back up and let them know that I’ve been here since 9:30 and they took me back to do a drug screen which took about 3 minutes. The tech helping me tells me to take a seat and someone will take me back when a room opens up. 30min later no room it’s 4:33pm, yet somehow 3 people who came in after me had rooms available to them. Meanwhile, my toddlers day care is nearing closing time. I let them know, I’ve been there since 930, and my daughters day care is closing soon. All of the sudden a room opens up. I wait for an additional 20min. an NP comes to the room for about 4 minutes to assess me and says I’m cleared and to wait in the waiting room to be checked out. 4:57pm I’m waiting to be checked out. It is now 5:40pm and I’m still waiting, I go to the front because I have 20min to pick up my daughter across town. I let the front desk person know and she pulls my file, more waiting, a few minutes later she says I’m cleared to leave. It is now 5:50. WORST experience ever, what upsets me the most is that I saw people come in hours after me for the same pre-employment screening and leave before me.
