My fiancé went here in pain and didn’t have her medical card with her, instead of offering the option of paying for her services they just told her to go to the emergency room. The two girls working the reception desk were complaining about their job and were very unprofessional. I’ve been to other urgent care facilities and they have offered the option of paying cash.
First time coming here and will be my last time, should’ve read the reviews beforehand, the wait time to be seen has already been 3 hours, and still haven’t been seen ! , everyone coming in to this place has been told 2-3 hour wait time , I asked 3 times how much longer and they’ve told me I have 1 person ahead of me and it was within 45 mins of asking 3 times , by the way, they took my copay charge already. Definitely going somewhere else after this terrible experience. If there were a no star review , that would be it.
I was feeling short of breath and body aches. Doctor went in for like two minutes and said I need an inhaler and stomach medicine. Sent to the wrong pharmacy not the one I put on the forms I filled out. Called to let them know and said I had to call pharmacy where doctor sent so that pharmacy could send it to the right one. Over all felt like I was bothering them.
Showed up at 515am with my 3 year old to find an empty office. Finally a few minutes later an employee emerged rubbing her eyes and her first words were “it’s cold” then waited a few minutes to ask why I was there. When I told her she said “Okay well I won’t have a doctor until at least 7.” Super rude and no bedside manner. Won’t ever come back to this place.
If i could give a 0 stars i would.... i was in there 15 to 20 minutes was not even asked what i was there for.... after sitting there 15 minutes people were giving lab results over the phone from the front desk then one of the front office girls was talking about what kind of bread she was eating. A person there was there for an interview they got more attention than patients then they talked about how only 1 person was in the back.... horrible customer service
I came at noon on Sat during a lunch break, a new patient. Intake paperwork and getting checked in took 5 min, and I was taken in a few minutes later! The staff were pleasant, in person and on the phone when I called with a question before coming, and the medical staff very skilled and helpful. Was able to fill the written prescription in the same building with no wait within minutes! Easily found with plentiful parking, and a spacious and comfortable waiting area.
Hope there's a negative star option. Went there with appointment, on a Friday early morning appointment. I got there on time, and waited 30+ min to get checked in, while they only have 1 patient ahead of me. They said it's computer system upgrade, Okay, I would understand. Got checked in finally, paid the fee, and been told that only a nurse practitioner would see me for urgent care, since their doctor only see his regular patient. Disappointed but okay! I waited another hour or so to be taken into a room, and kept waiting for nothing, when it's close to noon, I went out and asked what's going on, I can't wait much longer, saw 2 ladies chatting right outside the waiting room, one of them the NP said then you can leave. I'm stunned at such rudeness! The other nurse tried to explain and told me I'll be seen soon. Then suddenly the rude NP came inside and asked what's the problem, I told her my concern calmly, and she wrote me a prescription. I asked what's the diagnose, she said, oh you want the diagnose? it's blahblahblah some long medical word. I aksed what caused it? It just happens sometimes. And I don't want to have any word with this crazy rude woman anymore. I've never been treated with such unprofessional rude people, do want to warn everyone else, stay off this facilty.
I was waiting for covid test 2hrs and see doctor another 2hrs. Rapid $50 charge out of pocket when I tested it. It was ridiculous urgent care...I will not go back again..
I've been here 2 times for the same reason, a UTI. First time worked out okay but recently I had a recurrent UTI that was not responding to medications. I let the MD know this during my visit and also let him know which meds I wasn't responding to and he still prescribed me one of them! Shocker...it didn't work. They also sent out a urine culture that they told me usually take 7 days at the most and THEY will reach out to ME to go over my results. Well, of course 7 days later that never happened so I gave them a call. Madison on the phone told me to hold on just a minute, I was like sure no problem. 40 mins later, no more Madison! I had to call back only to be told that my culture was never picked up on the day I went in to give a sample and that I would have to go back in to give another sample. Seven days later! No call! $30 copay gone! I have an infection that poses a risk to spread and can become a serious issue. So if you are still here reading this, if you are thinking of going here, just don't. Just judging from other reviews and my personal experience. I'm upset because if the sample was never picked up then they should have called me. I have a time-sensitive issue to deal with here. The clinical staff seems uninterested. The front desk people are mostly nice but then left me on hold for 40 mins like they could have popped back on to give me a time-frame of when I was going to be told my sample was lost. But anyways! Just try somewhere else. End rant.
Very rude staff and they are dealing with respect with the patient Me & wife was waiting our turn since 11:00 am and they told us to wait in the car and they will call us within 1 hours We came back to them they said our turn is left and they forget to call us and we wait again for 2 hours When we ask how long we need to wait again they said no estimated you can wait or leave it's up to you They hurt our feeling with their caress attitude
