We came here at 8:27 p.m. on a Wednesday this summer. We waited about 20 minutes, the lobby was empty and it was clean. I'm guessing it was empty because we did not come during the winter season were colds and the flue are prevalent. It had a water dispenser, Kleenex, trash cans and clean restrooms. The lobby also has a TV playing movies with low volume. The front desk was polite and efficient with handling insurance paperwork. It was a good experience and I'm glad our visit went well and my daughter got the help she needed.
Both my wife and I had gone to the Mountain View on several occasions and received great care and waited less than 20 minutes before seeing a doctor. The facilities are clean and is probably one of the nicest urgent care facility I have ever been to.
This is my urgent care of choice. They work around my situation to give me the care I need. The doctors actually listen to me and my history without just making assumptions. I cannot say enough good about them, the staff, and the organization.
This Urgent Care is always so organized and the Team have also been very professional. This recent visit 8/16/21 was no different . Outstanding service by all starting from the first phone call. When you are not feeling your best and everyone in the office does their best to accommodate and to get you seen and not sit there being ignored. It’s great service. Thank you!
Melanie, the receptionist, is why this place has so many bad reviews. I’m sorry but management needs to fire her. I called and she gave the WORST attitude ever, refused to transfer me over to somebody else when asked. Just by listening to the way she talks makes you want to stay away from this place. I went anyways and even in person she gives the worst attitude and has no manners whatsoever. When talking to her you can’t question anything, or else she gets mad. Besides that, the providers were nice. If you plan on coming make sure you have two hours to waste.
Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. Beautiful and clean facility. Two Dr’s I’ve seen so far in separate instances, listen and spend time. Thank you team!
Clean facility but slow as cold molasses. Came on a Sunday afternoon, only one other patient, took just over 2 hours to be seen, have X-rays taken, and ace wrap applied. Absolutely non-sense. 30 minutes waiting for a room only myself and another patients are in the clinic. 30 minutes waiting for a doctor who's sitting in her office 2 doors down. 30 minutes waiting for an X-ray tech that's sitting at the front desk not helping anyone again, only 2 patients. 30 minutes waiting for an ace wrap and X-ray report. RIDICULOUS.
If you're coming due to pain and need a form of pain medication prescription. Don't bother. I came for extreme pain in my neck with spasms. I got a prescription for a muscle relaxer and for Tramadol. I went to the pharmacy to fill it. They couldn't fill it, because the prescription did not have the new bar code prescription pad that is needed to fill pain meds. The law took in affect on January and they had more than enough time to get the new prescription pads. I let them know, the pharmacy will accept a call to fill it. The doctor wouldn't. Asked her if she can call my primary doctor's office. She wouldn't. How can an urgent care not be updated in their drug prescription pads. People come in there with pain and need medication for it. They were nice and attentive. However, when I came back to let them know, their attitude changed.
When arriving it would be nice to be acknowledged, the lady at the front didn't say 1 word to myself of my wife. There was only 1 other person waiting and it took almost 25 minutes for her to acknowledge our presence. This is one of the most unprofessional urgent care facilities that I have ever walked into. Thank you for restoring my faith in the medical system!
Unreliable and greedy. Was given minimum prescription for antibiotics, was told 7-10 days was standard prescription length. Only given 7 and medication didn't kick in until day 4. Since the last ear infection I had cleared up faster, to play it safe I called, asked them to add the extra 3 days which I could've been given in the first place, and they want me to come back in for it. Even when I told them I'm an OTR truck driver and was several states away making it impossible to get there they still would not assist, how is that caring about patient's well being? THEY CARE ONLY ABOUT MONEY, AND BEING LAZY, NOT THEIR PATIENTS. That's why they want me to come back and pay again to get it. They could've cleaned my ear which was supposed to be included with no additional cost upon the initial visit, and didn't, then gave me the minimum prescription, when they could've given me enough to ensure the infection was completely gone. Neither would've cost them anything. They put in minimum effort, and do not care if what they do for you works or not. I would not trust them with my own, or my daughters health. No wonder they are never busy. Hopefully with this review you will heed the warning and not need to find out the hard way.
