Concord Coach Lines

The employees are great. I once left a laptop on the bus and I got it back! I needed a jump start at the parking lot and they assisted me and got me on my way. The afternoon 3:15 pm Northbound bus from Portland to Bangor is frequently late. It can be as much as a one hour late departure. I have called the desk in advance and they will let you know. My biggest complaint is that they have added a stop in Auburn which increases the ride time by about 10 minutes if one is heading North or South between Portland and Bangor. The sad thing is that usually only one person gets on or off. I liked it better without the stop in Auburn. For going to Boston it can't be beat. If one misses a bus, then there will another one leaving in an hour. Concord Coach is very professional over all. I would definitely recommend their service.

Excellent service. Buses are punctual, spacious and clean. Staff professional, friendly and extremely helpful. This brand shows movies en route to destinations and offer light refreshments gratis. Bravo

Very reliable transportation. In 7+ years of riding these busses, I've only experienced a notable problem on this bus service once. I may or may not have been the cause of that problem as well. On an unrelated note, don't bring a power strip on the bus and charge all of your devices at the same time, and definately don't plug in your nᵗʰ device as the bus is on an interchange between highways. The buses fuses don't appreciate that and interchanges are awkward places for a bus to shut down and have to pull over in.

An affordable, convenient, and clean way to get to Boston or Logan Airport from Maine. You can watch a different movie in each direction, charge your device at your seat, and use either your cellular data or their WiFi connection to communicate with the non-bus riding world. They run to South Station, Boston as well as direct routes to Logan Airport.

Love Concord coach lines for direct bus service to from Logan Airport. Quiet no cellphone policy makes ride a pleasure.
