To the new People who willing to buy or rent at this building please don’t I did a big mistake I live here. It is full of mice every where in the building and very very bad service in office they don’t care about the residents. I willing to sell my I feel sorry for that person who going to buy or rent in this trashy building.

I called their association looking for answers regarding pet restrictions for a potential sale. I called them over 15 times, in the morning, afternoon and evening, was always transferred to management, and every time was sent to voicemail. I’ve left voicemails, no call back. Mailboxes are full. I even called one time and the manager was at the front desk—she was literally standing near the concierge when I was talking to him. And I was still transferred to her office where it went to her mailbox. Which was full. Called back 10 minutes later. No response. It seems like no one is available to answer questions for potential customers because there are other more important things to do. But for a $700/mo condo fee—is this the kind of service that gets you?
