Connecticut Asthma & Allergy Center, LLC

I have been a patient here for a few years now; I used to see Dr. Bedard until he retired, and now I see Dr. Hernandez-Trujillo. As someone who suffers from both asthma and allergies, I am always super pleased with my service here. I am now getting allergy shots and the nurses are always so nice. Everyone is really friendly and professional.

we moved from Allergy Institute in Waterbury where Dr. Randolph was just great. We moved to be closer to our home. They are nothing special and their office staff has such a bad manner, in general. They are always surly sounding and will never go out of their way to be overly helpful. so sorry I moved my kids' records here. I will go back to Randolph when the Rt 84 work is done

Horrible!!! I was told five times that "somebody will call you" to receive an allergy shot since my doctor visit. However, it is been over a month and I still don't receive any information from them. Every time I called them, somebody told me that "somebody will call you today". I am not sure if they are able to provide any service.

Terrible office. The time on their website, Google, and answering machine says that they are open Monday To Friday until 9;however when I called at 4.34 PM answering serice said we just left for the day, call us back tomorrow!

Excellent help finding an appointment to coordinate with work schedule. Very patient and accommodating.
