Dr. Prasad Srinivasan, MD

My experience with Dr Srinivasan has been wonderful. I am a pediatrician and we have lot of patients in common and each and every patient seem to love him. Great great clinician and and wonderful man!

The doctor has been working to help me with my allergy issues with no luck. The reason for the low grade is because of his staff. Unfortunately his staff is extremely rude. I was trying to get and give information on my medical problems but the person I spoke to refused to let me speak. Every time I said something she cut me off and told me that she knew what I was going to say. I even stopped her and told her that she was cutting me off and not allowing me to speak and as soon as I started to talk she cut me off again. When I asked her name and if she was a manager she said her name was Laurie and that was all I needed to know. She refused to tell me her job title or the first letter of her last name. She said that was the ONLY Laurie in the office and that was all I needed to know. She was extremely condescending and acted like I was bothering her with my inquiries about my medical problems. This does NOT make me feel comfortable considering this person has access to ALL MY PERSONAL information yet I am not allowed to know her job title or last name initial? Very unprofessional and there was no need for such rudeness. No respect for customers, what has this world come to? We as patients of the doctor are helping to pay her salary aren't we? So why be rude when you don’t even know me? Laurie needs to find a job where she does NOT deal with people because clearly our questions about our health are a burden to her.
