Love Dr.Salerno he is amazing! And the new office desk lady with the curly hair ( wish i remembered her name) is very efficient and pleasant.

Very good place. They got me in very quick even without an appointment. Everyone at the front desk was courteous and the DR is fantastic, super nice guy.

Front desk staff is always rude and unhelpful. Went for a regular check up, had no changes to prescription and office refused to fill online order for contacts a month later saying I was never fit for contacts and that I'm welcome to go somewhere else for a contact lens fit. NEVER GOING BACK.

This morning I called to make an appointment the office of Dr.Beggins, this is my first time and I was appalled to how the Milli one of the representative working in the office picked up the phone. Millie was very rude and didn't hide her crabby mood, as if she was entitled to be rude and bad mannered. I felt insulted by her tone and crudeness and did make it clear by telling her that treating a customer this way was absolutely disgusting. Millie was not in the slightest bothered by this in fact I didn't get an apology but a rude: " God bless you mam" and hung up the phone. I hope to get a better treatment from Dr. Beggins otherwise I will have to take my complaint to the board!
