Connecticut Oncology Group: Levy Robert J MD

Even after *two negative COVID tests* due to the presence of a very mild cough, the allegedly “compassionate” Dr. Ryan Levy from the Middlesex oncology center, would not see me to talk about a serious health issue while not even offering a telehealth option. They apparently did what was expedient for them only after taking a $50 copay that I will likely never see back, and I am also sure to see another bill from my insurance carrier. Dr. Ryan Levy from the Middlesex oncology center is part of an antiquated system where you cannot get meaningful care but are also siloed so you cannot easily access your medical records. They are here to check boxes to insulate themselves but not to help patients. I will never return after wasting my time with these self important and graceless people. Don’t trust your health with the people at Middlesex.

Dr.Levy is the best doctor ever ! Very compassionate, caring doctor. He truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend him. He's full of knowledge.

After 2 frustrating years with no answers, Dr Levy was able to help me. He was so kind and took the time to listen. He explained what was going on with my health issue, and gave me the answers I so desperately needed. The office staff were exceptionally nice! I highly recommend Dr Levy! Nicest dr I have ever been to!

The best staff, the best doctor, made a very tough journey much easier to handle and deal with. I actually miss them all.
