I am horrified that John Yates, the owner, would assume that I would try to steal his designs. I simply told him that I was going to do the installation myself. I am a skilled carpenter. I wanted him to design a kitchen and two bathrooms for my own house. I was planning to order the cabinetry through him. Apparently he didn't believe that a woman could install a kitchen herself. This arrogant man actually told me that he did not want to do business with me. This has to be a first for me. I am very easy to get along with, and I welcome advice from professionals.
