Very disappointed with the follow up response. I was due test results on a Saturday and received no call. If they did not have the results they should have called to let me know. I had to call Monday AM and was told the Vet was out of the office and results were emailed directly to her so they were unable to give them to me. She was working on Tuesday am and I WAS TOLD TO CALL the West Hartford location where she is working. 3 calls during the day and still no response as to the blood work results from Saturday. Maybe I should have held my payment til I received the results and see how that would have gone over with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND and will find another local Vet who cares about the animals and their humans!

Flexible, caring a great group of Vets. Dr. Compton is my favorite. I have referred many family and friends to her!!!!

We've used these doctors for well over a decade and have always had good experiences with them. They and the staff have treated us with respect and care. I have no complaints.

Let me start by saying we are not patients... I drove by today and saw two young dogs loose in the parking lot of the vet. They were dangerously close to the road. I immediately called to let them know they had two pups that may have gotten out and that they were in danger. The woman who answered told me it wasn't her problem and to call animal control. Really? You're a veterinarian with two young dogs in YOUR parking lot and you can't be bothered to make sure they are safe? I certainly wouldn't trust them to care for my pet. Disgraceful. I believe the woman who works there should make an immediate career change.
