Connie & V Cross Jewelry

I originally came in to get a memory piece in honor of my parents who passed. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. Mrs Connie spoke to me and after 5 min she KNEW the exact item I needed. When she showed me the display my heart melted and broke down in tears. I knew this was the exact thing I wanted. They are now creating me a charm bracket. One charm will have my fathers finger print on it and the other will have a short note my mother wrote on a card for me. Mrs Connie suggested that I go home and find something memorable from each one of them and that’s exactly what I did (I found cards). I am overcome with emotion on how much time Mrs Connie and her staff has taken to help me create this piece. I can’t wait to see it in person. Thank you so much to Mrs Connie and her staff for making my memory of my parents come alive in this charm bracket.

I have been doin business with Connie and V Cross for 15 years. I have always been pleased with the products and services they provide. L Wedding rings, anniversary and birthday presents they always have something to wow the ladies in my life.

Very quick. I had two diamonds in my ring set. They had it ready for me within 24 hours. Very happy about that. :)

Wonderful experience. Had work done on my wedding ring. It needed 20 prongs replaced. It looks like a brand new ring. So happy with it. And I had a gift I needed to exchange. The sales lady was awesome as usual. So patient and helpful trying to find the perfect Pandora ring to replace one that didn't fit me. Won't go anywhere else!

From the moment we walked in, the experience was so refreshing. This store is not stuffy and offers a very inviting atmosphere. Many items are displayed to encourage customers to reach out and touch and appreciate. The store was very busy the day we went in, with everyone seeming to enjoy their visit, just as we were. I don't remember the name of the lady that waited on us, but it was done in a timely manner with all of our needs met. This is indeed a very friendly jewelry store, that seems to have something for every price range and makes each person feel welcome in whatever range that might be. Hope to return soon! Judi Smith
