Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry

I came in to have a pearl necklace restrung. The employees here were incredibly helpful, and took the time to make sure we got the right measurements, and were able to get things done quickly (I needed the necklace back within 20 days). While I was there, they offered to clean my engagement ring while we talked and I waited. I’ll also add, I was not dressed incredibly fancy, and thought this might create a customer service issue. It did not. Way to not judge a book by its cover! A great experience with employees that definitely try to make every experience in their store great.

After dealing with a few jewelry stores about my engagement ring (including the store where my engagement ring was purchased), I decided to take my ring here. And my only regret was not going sooner! Megan and Becky were so kind and patient. They listened closely to every concern, answered every question, and communicated with me every step of the way. They even went as far as to keeping in touch after the sale was made. The work that was done on my ring exceeded my expectations! And although my engagement ring was not originally purchased at Lee Michaels, because of the great customer service and amazing quality of work, now anything concerning my ring will be brought here along with future jewelry purchases. When purchasing a very important piece of jewelry such as an engagement ring, I’ve now learned from experience that you want to deal with people who are knowledgeable, who you feel as though you can trust, and who take pride in what they do. As for that, I would highly recommend Lee Michaels in Lafayette!

Sara Hart with Lee Michaels in Lafayette, LA is AMAZING and helped me build the perfect black diamond stud earrings. We communicated like old friends during the process, and although I was very picky and specific about what I wanted, Sara made the process fun and seamless. She guided me with her style and expertise to put together a pair of earrings that is exactly what I wanted. The earrings were done within the timeline, price, and quality I was looking for. I would HIGHLY recommend Lee Michaels and Sara Hart for quality jewelry and unbeatable service!
