The staff at this location were helpful and friendly. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted and asked what I needed help with. Even though one of the staff members was busy he excused himself from the other client to see what I needed. When I told him I needed links removed from my watch he said he would help me as soon as he was done with his previous client. While I was waiting another staff member, Jacob helped me right away with my watch. He was very knowledgeable and quickly got the job done. He also answered some of my questions about my previous purchases. Next time I plan to buy fine jewelry, I will certainly visit this location again.

I dropped my engagement ring off to be sized and redipped in rhodium in September. I've had this done many of times before and it lasts at least a year. While the paperwork was being filled out, I also had the watch replaced in my husband's watch. I picked my ring up on September 29 and by December it was already starting to show gold on the bottom of my band. My husband's watch battery stopped working in January. Now we are in March, and my ring is almost completely back to being gold. We just moved to the area and we didn't have a jeweller we trusted. I choose this establishment based on the good reviews and length of time in business. I don't suppose we just happened to have two bad experiences but who knows? I do know I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be a returning customer.

Thank you SO much to Katherine at Lee Michaels! My fiancé and I had gone in the look at rings so that he would have an idea of what I wanted. She was so kind and helpful and not pushy at all! We agreed after meeting her that we would only purchase from her. I was so excited to find out after the proposal that he went back and had Katherine help him purchase my ring. I could not be happier or more pleased with everyone at Lee Michaels and I am totally in love with my ring!

I love Lee Michaels. The staff was very helpful and congenial. They made us feel welcome and service was above what was expected. Not only was service excellent, but just what I wanted was in stock and at an affordable price. The whole shopping experience was perfect, and I left happily swinging my Lee Michaels bag with my gift wrapped box inside. On a scale of 1 to 10, it was definitely a 10.

Lee Michaels was extremely helpful and thoughtful in helping me get my grandmother's ring sized. The assistant manager was very kind and explained to me every option I had. It took less than a week for my rings to be completed and they are perfect. The jeweler did exactly what I needed and it looks brand new. Their prices were very fair and the quality is great. I will use them for my jewelry needs in the future!
