absolutely worst experience possible. first i asked them to set a diamond earring into a band for me but i needed it done in 2 weeks and they said it could be done way faster than that so i picked out my band and asked if i needed to pay half and they said no. they told me it'd be about $150 a week later they call and tell me the band i picked out can't be delivered that fast so they found one that's exactly like it and they'll order it but it's more expensive and it'll actually be around $230 with one week left they really gave me no choice but to go with their word then the next day they call saying i need to pay half even though i asked the day so i paid half over the phone and i contiounsly called and checked up on the ring throughout the week maybe 3 times and they never called me to tell me it was ready they told me when i called them and i went to go pick it up and the crackhead looking owner with a boob job told me "they had to use white gold instead of sterling silver but you saved so much money here and here" but with 2 days until i needed the ring they told me it was $250 more... so all in all i got my ring last minute and though it's pretty it's NOT what i picked out and i paid $500 for it when it should've been around $300 at most

My guy purchased a GORGEOUS engagement ring from Guzzardo. Even though there are hundreds of jewelry stores where we live, he traveled back "home" to get my ring. David patiently spent hours of his time, designing the perfect ring for me, very quickly! Thank you David and staff!

When it comes to jewelry,only one name comes to mind,Guzzardo's Fine Jewelry. For 15 years they have made me feel like family. When I'm looking for something special they take their time to help me find what I'm looking for. Four words that I would use to describe Guzzardo's: excellence, timely, personal, and quality.

I drove from Slidell to Hammond in search of a specific ring- I spoke to "Toby" and she insisted that she could get it from a vender that they work with. After driving to Hammond multiple times and her telling me that she either forgot or hasnt gotten a responce back from their vender. She told me to just call her. Ive called multiple times and left multiple messages for her-even someone to call me back. AND NOTHING! If you cant get the ring just say so-dont ignore your customers who pay your paycheck! I do not reccomend anyone go here-BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!

Had my wedding set of 12 years fixed. The work is fabulous and they fit. The staff was courteous as well as David and Christina.
