Purchased a ring and had it sized. So far I have had to take it back 3 times. It keeps breaking.

Awesome service ! I had a ring repaired and they were faster and less expensive than their competitors. Great service, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them for any and all fine jewelry needs.

We needed a routine repair that most reputable jewelry shops do in less than an hour and usually the same business day. They promised to complete the repair by the next day and then held it much longer without even bothering to call us. In the end, after we called to see why they were holding on it for such long time, it turned out they never attempted to repair it, giving us two different "excuses" that were inconsistent with each other. Go somewhere else if you want to have your jewelry repair done right and as promised. We would never shop from such unreliable and untrustworthy place either. Buyers beware.

They are so nice and are always so helpful! They have good quality jewelry and items and are not pushy like their jewelry stores are.
