I brought in my grandmother's wedding ring to have it reset. After picking out exactly what I wanted and while waiting on a quote, Mr. Nacol's daughter took over and wanted to make 5 different pieces of jewelry from the diamonds and original setting, and completely change the ring I designed. She was pushy and rude, I will not be returning.

I would not recommend selling your jewelry here. I brought a diamond engagement ring and diamond band to sell, along with a gold band. The man who looked at the ring for me came back after a few minutes and told me the diamond was not real, even though it had originally been bought from Blue Nile as a certified diamond. He tried to convince me I had been sold something other than what I paid for, and offered me $165 for the engagement ring and two bands. I told him no and brought it to another jeweler, who told me they found a serial number on my diamond and looked up the certificate for me. They said it was a very nice diamond, and that they didn't have the money to offer me what it was worth, but that if I wanted to sell it on my own I should ask for around $2,000! I am appalled at how dishonest they were at Nacol and how they tried to take advantage of me.
