Contemporary Ob-Gyn Associates

I have been coming here for years!! Since before I had my 1st child. I usually see Dr. Brooks and Dr. Block. Love them both! They have always been proactive in my care! I will say they are very busy but they have always answered all of my questions and if there has ever been any doubt about anything in my pregnancy they did not hesitate to see me or make sure I saw a specialist. When my children were born the Dr that delivered them was from another practice that works with this one and they were also wonderful. I think next year I have to switch insurance and I am dreading that if that is the case I might not be able to come here.

This place is unprofessional. They lost my paperwork but of course that was not before they billed my insurance. To make an appointment be expected to wait for 10plus mins on the phone and then be talked down to and put up with rude customer service. I was supposed to have something done at an outside facility did I know that? Do you think anyone informed me? Of course not. Their main thing is oh let's listen to the heartbeat how about let's view the baby. Do not go here if you have a choice.

Worst experience ever!!!! I went there on 3/17/17 to do blood work , pregnancy test and Paps.I called a week after and the lady said I should get my results in 2 to 3 weeks. I have never heard something like this !!! 3 weeks to get a result of blood work, papsmear, ultrasound and pregnancy test???? Called again yesterday 4/2/17 the lady sounded so dumb as though she knew nothing and guess what! ! Still no results. I will never set my legs there again...noted this place down in my black book.All they care about is the money. I got no follow up call from a nurse or the physician even after they saw the pains I was going through. No results, no prescription and am still in pains. Just scheduled another appointment elsewhere.

This place is AWESUM... staff was very friendly... Dr. was very nice to me!!!! Everything was explained to me... thanks guys!!!

I don't know why this place has a 5.0 star rating, it's not that great, I went there for my first visit a week ago, and the doctor was so weird and didn't explain me nothing at all, the technician who did my ultrasound was so unprofessional she did not explain anything as well, she just took a photo of the fetus and said "here, you are done!". Every time I call to make or rescheduled an appointment the call center people are so unprofessional and rude, one of the lady who assist with my call was chewing and I couldn't understand what she was saying and she was rude as hell, when picking up my call she didn't even ask "how can I help you" or anything. I will definitely transfer my record to another provider, I work on the medical field and we are never unprofessional when dealing with patients. When working for health care your first priority is the patient to maintain your bussiness as a health care provider, you should try your best on helping patients and providing them with the care they need and not acting rude or disrespectful to them or get another job tha you like or something because it seems this people don't like what they do, they need so much improvement on the medical field.
