I can't even get in the door here because the operator who answered when I called didn't know what COBRA was and couldn't process my answer when she asked who my (perfectly eligible and from a major carrier) insurance was through.  After not being able to understand that, she put me on indefinite hold and I eventually hung up.  I then tried the email address they list AND reference in the automated phone menu and never heard back from that either.  I guess they have enough patients that they don't need new ones?  Suggestion: train your customer service staff on the basics about the questions they ask so they don't have to say "I'm just an operator" when faced with a very simple and standard answer.

The reception is god awful. I could not imagine more incompetent people. They do not give yearly follow up reminders. They do not answer the phones. When They do answer the phone after the 5th time calling They don't know how to place a call on hold or transfer it without hanging up on you. They don't answer emails. It is like they don't actually want your business!

I can't say anything negative about this OB GYN Office, I have been met with the upmost professionalism each and everytime I have entered their offices.  I don't know where the negative reviews come from.  The follow up from my doctor and the front office staff has been fast and efficient.  If you haven't been there I would definitely recommend them.

I am pained to leave this review but I am at my end point with this doctors office. Signature has been my OB/GYN for the past 8 or 9 years. I had very few problems with them until I got pregnant, I'm assuming this is due to the fact that I was a very low maintenance patient. I was only seen twice a year and did not require much from them. My first visit to confirm my pregnancy was horrible. They did nothing they were supposed to do besides the sonogram. They did not even prescribe me prenatal vitamins or take a blood sample to determine the health of the baby and I. I later learned that any and every Obstetrician would have done these things at the first pregnancy appointment. When I called to inquire why these things weren't done I was treated poorly. The front desk staff are inpatient and rude, the appointment staff are rude, the nurse that you talk to for emergency appointments is insensitive and rude. I recently called  for an emergency appointment due to the fact that there had been a large decrease in fetal movement and I was very scared and worried. The nursing staff wasn't phased. I did not receive any comfort or reassurance from her. She was nasty and began bringing up a missed appt from 2016 when I had a miscarriage. Why she thought referencing a miscarriage when I was worried for my babies health was beyond me. She also would not schedule me and told me to go to the ER. What is the point of emergency visits if I cant be seen, Its obviously an emergency is you're recommending that I go to the ER. Every time I contact this office it is a problem and I feel like I am being treated poorly. At first I thought it may have been my pregnancy hormones but after switching to a new practice I have none of these problems. Signature clearly did not care about me, my child, my emotional and mental well being, my health, or my comfort. I am so disappointed in them. I am glad that in my 6th month I found another provider who actually cares about me as a patient. First time moms steer clear of this place. You can be so much happier and your baby will be so much safer somewhere else.
