Literally impossible to even make an appointment as the staff never picks up the phone or just hangs up on you. And if you do manage to make an appointment, better free up your whole day because they will take hours to see you, even if you show up early. Also will sell you on birth control that in no way fixes your problem. Never going back, if I could give zero stars I would.

I don't know how this OB-GYN got 5 stars. Horrible experience. My appt. was at 1:00. They advised to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork, etc. I did just that. I arrive to a dark, locked office, and when I peek inside the window everyone is on their lunch break and tell me to come back at 1:00. I understand that they need to take a lunch, just don't tell me to arrive 15 minutes early. Then, after I was finally able to enter, I had to wait 20 minutes after my appt. time to be seen by the doctor and I was the only patient there. Not a facility I would recommend at all. The only reason that I give 2 stars is that Dr. Taylor was very nice, once I actually got back to see her. :(

Well, to make this review short, the admin staff is HORRIBLE; the care so far, according to my wife is good, however, this is only if you can get pass the intolerable front desk and admin staff.

I love them especially Dr Lett and Dr leslie they are so personable i feel like we are friends they don't have to look at my chart to know me

I absolutely love this practice. I'm a patient of Dr. Lett and she is always very attentive and answers all of my questions. I had an accident at work and I was worried about the baby and they saw me the very same day. I'm very happy here and feel like we are in good hands.
