The front desk staff were pretty friendly but the rest of the staff seems cold. Dr. Groves was awesome and seemed to really care. There needs to be a lot of training in customer care.

Do not go here if looking for a enjoyable pregnancy w/ positive energy. The staff is unsupportive and almost confrontational. The doctor, whom I never met, is anal with policies. When asked to fill out FMLA paperwork for YOUR job to provide accommodation for YOUR pregnancy is a headache. It’s not like you don’t provide the paperwork, drive to the office, oh and pay 35.00 to get it done. I am switching providers due to the incompetency of this office.

I couldn’t count the number of times I’ve had to reschedule my appointments, as it’s happened so frequently...this week alone two have been cancelled & was told they didn’t have any other openings available with any doctors. So frustrating! Typically they call to tell you (via automated message) they’re canceling your appt the night before you are scheduled — when offices are closed. I filed a complaint with the office admin, but that was maybe 4 additional cancellations ago so I’m not sure how serious they are about fixing this. Never had an experience like this at any other doctors office. Gave two stars just because the staff is overall friendly & the office is clean. However, I will not be recommending to anyone or returning for future services.

This place has really gone down the drain. I had a 1:00 appointment and as I write this it is now 2:16 and the doctor hasn’t come in yet. They are unprofessional and it’s just an all around bad practice. They asked me to submit a urine sample. Typically it’s placed in a small window/door and they grab it from the other side. I open the door and I can’t place my urine sample in. Why? Because there are THREE other urine samples there. Talk about disgusting. It was tolerable when Dr. Lett was here, but now it’s just a no for me. This will be my last appointment here. They need to get it together. Retrain your staff on customer service or just shut it down all together. You aren’t the only OB GYN in town so stop acting like it.

I truly used to love this location, but now it is unprofessional and inefficient. On December 8th, I went to the appointment and was informed that I needed to go downstairs for an emergency sonogram. I have called several times to find out to the results. I called today, on December 18th, and was informed that my scans had not been read by the NP. I informed them that this was unacceptable and that I needed my results today. I finally got a call back from them and was informed that I had a urinary tract infection and PCOS. However, I would have never found out this information if I did not harass the people at the front desk. I was diagnosed with an UTI and it went for 10 days untreated because they failed to call me back. Further, I did not get a call back from the NP, it was the office manager. This is unacceptable and I will never return to this office. If this is their style of practice, I would hate to deal with them when I am pregnant.
