Cook Out

This is a Decent establishment, like most cook outs it's fairly busy especially on the weekends. During the week you may be able to get through the line in the evening hours within less than 7 minutes which is fairly decent for cookout. The weekly staff are professional and attentive. I gave them 4 stars because I have had my order incorrect on a few occasions. Overall this location is a win. Kid-friendliness: Great chicken nugget tray, offers two sides and a drink. They also offer a chicken wrap, and quesldilla as other options that go well for children. Parking: Ample parking

Expect to wait around 20 minutes in the drive through line if going around 9-10pm. Went twice on different weeknights and both times waited over 20 minutes. Food is decent but ordered bbq plate and 0 bbq sauce, ketchup, utensils or napkins were provided.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: No

Good portion sizing, and service was fast. Only thing is please let customers know if an item is not available. Had ordered nuggets and cheese bites and got fries instead of the nuggets as they weren't available, and would have ordered something else if I had known. Other than that everything was good.

Ordered a tray to have corn dogs onion rings and hush puppies … recieved 3.5 onion rings. 4 cheese curd ?maybe? And 0 hush puppies Came back through the drive through line for them to yell at me that I should have been in line ….. the line that was not moving at all, so no I went straight to the window I had already paid and supposedly received my food- they needed to make it right…. Drove away to eat , and the peanut butter oreo milkshake I ordered. Had no peanut butter, but it did have banana and oreo , but nothing was actually mixed ‍‍‍ they need to get themselves together. This is pitiful very pitiful

Kenya the wonderful young lady who served me on the walk up and order was so polite sweet and fast she took my order quickly accurately and efficiently. Thank you to this wonderful worker for bringing me back to this location! Thanks again Kenya for being what the best restaurant should want as a server. I really appreciate you! Sorry if sometimes corporate never tells you how good of a job you do

Extremely long wait time. Speaker didn't seem to be working correctly muffled, not clear and you could hear staff talking to each other rather than taking orders. Person at window stared at me without asking if could help so had to repeat my order 2-3 more times. Even then, didn't get all that we'd ordered, one milkshake wasn't prepared properly, other wasn't even the right flavor. Disappointing that after waiting so long in line we didn't get what we paid for, quality wasn't good, and service was terrible. Definitely won't be returning/will never recommend to anyone else. One of worst fast food experiences ever.

Never had a wrong order and the quality is always very good. The lines for the drive thru are outrageous and sometimes back up into the street so be cautious of that. They are very quick when we order and at the window. No complaints at all

Staff is a joke could care less if food is cooked properly, customer service is poor, drive thru expect a long wait.

I only ever go to this cookout if I am either desperate and/or I hate myself. I have only ever had a pleasant experience once where the guy in the drive through gave my puppy a tiny condiment cup with ice cream in it for her. Of the dozens of times I’ve visited this cookout, I fully expect every time I ever visit this place to be blatantly disrespected. I also never fully expect to actually receive the food I asked for. I have also witnessed more times than I haven’t the police standing outside with one of the employees, the strong scent of weed, and the police walking out an employee in cuffs. I will continue to go here as long as I think so lowly of myself but only to have someone treat me as poorly as I treat myself.

Horrible experience. First they over charge me, on the receipt it was one price, but on my notification from my bank was a different price. I asked why it was different. The guy looked at it and said cause it was cause I added a burger, ... ok well, I then I was short a burger then. He closed the door and went back to doing someone else order. The lady at the cash register asked him what I needed and then he said something which I didn't hear, then he said I had the big order.and something else. Then he came back to the window, and I asked if I can get the burger since I was shorted one.. he seem aggravated, so he went to the back for a minute and then gave me the burger. When I opened it , it look like he done smashed it , and poked a whole in it and did something with it. I was not gonna eat that! Should of just got my money back.never going there again.
