Wendy's

Done in hours say 9am-10pm. I came to the door and it was locked. I am a truck driver, in a truck. I cannot go through the drive thru. I was the only one trying to order, inside. The manager didn’t even look in my direction. Stayed on the phone and didn’t give me the decency to tell me why I could not come into an open store during daylight hours.

Sat in the store approximately 24 minutes waiting for a number six. Really? Then it had the nerve to be so cold the cheese didn’t even melt. Glad I waited to get my food before I took my medsFood: 2/5

All I asked for was how many ounces are in a frosty. Service was terrible but I have gave two stars just for the comedic value Service: 2/5

This place is not perfect. By a long shot. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because of Wendell. He had the late night line moving faster than I've ever seen it move. He was extremely friendly and personable. I had to make the review just so that service was noted. Thank you. It's the little things like "have a great night" that makes a difference.

Zero stars. Place is locked up at 4:30 pm n a Friday. Called corporation and they said they would look into it. Best to go somewhere else instead of driving over there and it be closedFood: 1/5

I'm a big fan of Wendy's, well unfortunately I came to this Wendy's. IF YOU CAN CATCH THEM OPEN OR NOT ON A 30 MIN BREAK! You might get lucky and they have what you want. I tried 4 days in a row to eat at this Wendy's. Luckily I was able to get what I wanted this time the fourth attempt! Also dinning room not open, I asked why like this? I was told short staffed! Then close it!!

What is going on with my order right now? I ordered at 4pm. I called the store to speak to the manager at 5pm, he then hung up at 5:30 so I called back and the manager just hung up on me at 6:12pm. Terrible managers. I can't get any information about my order. I order from this store atleast 1x a week. This is the first time I had to deal with the manager with an issue. I can't believe how disrespectful they are.

Gay guy who I guess is the manager cause he wears different clothes is rude as hell. This is by far the worst fast food joint I’ve probably ever been to. Drive through is also 30 minute wait sometimes too. Avoid

I’m unsure why they offer delivery services via DoorDash, because every time I order my order is incorrect. What’s the purpose in using a third party if you aren’t going to follow through. Food is too expensive and gas is too high to be playing with people’s orders.

I ordered through the app and selected drive thru pick up. We waited for 15 minutes at the pick up window just to tell them we had a mobile order. When we finally told him that it was a mobile order, he said we had to come inside... I explained that it wasn't through Doordash, it was through the Wendy's app, he stated "if my lobby is open, I don't do mobile orders in the drive thru" and then refused to serve us.
