Cook With Ben

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time last night! Ben is very patient and extremely knowledgeable, and I couldn’t believe how fast the time flew by. I was a complete novice, but now I know how to work a knife (thanks Ben!) and cook some of my favorite dishes. We cooked some of the most delicious food I have ever had, some of it I’ve never tried before, and I only regret not being able to stay and eat it at his house to show him just how great it really was. Unfortunately we had to leave because our pet was ill and we did not want to leave them alone for longer than a few hours, but the table that he set up for us to eat at was beautifully done! Thank you so much for this experience! Highly recommend this to anyone!!

I took a cooking class with my son at Ben's and it was wonderful. Ben is an excellent teacher and passed along a lot of knowledge and techniques though out the evening. It was very relaxed and enjoyable and ended with a great meal. I highly recommend the experience.

Awesome experience. My fiancé and I took his couples cooking class a few days ago. Ben is very knowledgeable and patient. We learned so much from him in the few hours we were there. We are from Texas and was surprised by how many chef secrets for personal in home use he shared with us. It has changed our outlook in so many ways. Everyone should take at least one cooking class. I would highly recommend taking his class.

Great experience. After seeing Chef Ben on the news I asked my parents for a gift certificate for a present. My wife and I went and had a great time. Chef Ben is very polite, knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure you understand. Lessons are held in his private kitchen at a town house in Columbia MD. Even though I've spent 10 years watching the food network and taking online culinary classes, I learned a lot. There is no substitute for working next to a real Chef.
