Cookology Recreational Culinary School

We went to two class far and we had a employable experiences. We had taken to french cooking courses and the chef was very helpful. I would come back again for different cooking course.

My husband and I took the knife skills class. We found the instructor to be very knowledgeable and personable. It was a great time. We also watched a team building challenge while we were in class and that looked (and smelled) like so much fun! We are planning to do our next class for my birthday!

Good experience, a lot of Fun Chef Matt was very helpful, he made the class fun and entertaining. A good date night experience I would do this again. Food is awesome very tasty, for the price and event its actually very reasonable.

Last night my husband and I did one of the Date Night class - How to Cook Like a Michelin Chef. OK... So we still aren't to that level, but we learned a lot that we can apply to our cooking and we had a blast. I've taken a few of their classes and have had different Chef's - each with their own style and approach. Learned so much from each one! Next for me.. a Knife Skill class.

Such a disappointing experience. The customer service was horrendous. I signed my daughters up for a summer camp running from 9:00 - 12:00 M-F. The first day I came to pick them up at noon, I was told that they would end at 1:00 that day. They changed the time from 9:00 - 1:00 and dropped Friday with no notice. Apparently, an email went out letting people know. I never received this information. When I asked why I was never told, it was implied that it was my fault. I made the reservations over the phone and did not input any information myself. Even if it was a miscommunication, the website was never changed to reflect the new times/days and when I asked about the time, I was not given this information. If my daughter hadn't told me, I would have shown up on Friday. People schedule their time very carefully in the summer and this completely screwed ours up. My daughters and I were upset that they didn't actually make all of the items listed on the website. When I came to pick my children up on Thursday, the room was extremely crowded. There were approximately 25 adults eating and the children were pushed to the side. When I asked my girls what was going on, I was told that they held a team building session at the same time as the camp. The children were pushed into the much smaller and less equipped party room. I hate when people short-change children. We paid our money and they should never be moved for adults or anyone else. A big shame as my girls loved the chef and enjoy cooking. I'll need to keep looking for a place to bring them.
