Cookies & Cupcake by Design

Wonderful customer service! Ginger was very sweet! I ordered from a different state to have cookies delivered to a hotel and needed it there before a certain time. They were incredibly helpful and sweet making sure it got there even earlier than needed. Would definitely order again!! Plus the birthday boy raved about how delicious they all were! He said he'd save a few for me...but somehow none are making it back home... ;) Thanks for everything!

This is a unique idea and makes a wonderful centerpiece. I also liked the way they kept me informed about the delivery of the package. Since this was a gift I will check with the recipient of the taste of these beautiful cookies.

Through their immaculately crafted cookie cakes and exemplary, Mid-western hospitality inspired customer service, Cookies By Design in Evansville has offered me the opportunity to express not only gratitude but also an appreciation for those close to me, whether they be family members and friends to the younger children in my community. Ginger has been more than helpful from day one with my many questions and with providing estimates and designs that fit my employer's needs. When I asked about doing a personal gift she was also quick to ensure me the gift could be personalized and once again showed her willingness to help. She is just so nice and easy to work with and everyone I've spoken with has been. Not to mention the cookies are delicious and adorable. Highly recommended for business or personal and they are happy to ship/deliver, depending on location!

RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: Yes we did have a conversation and I did express how dissatisfied I was with the arrangement. I also expressed how disappointed I was to receive an arrangement that was smashed down in a box! Based on your RUDENESS & showing no EMPATHY at all, I decided to share my experience so consumers would be aware prior to spending their money. Everything in this review is ACCURATE & TRUE! You advertise that you sell Red Velvet Cookies but you do not so that’s false advertisement!
