With insurance rules and regulations so tight this company goes above and beyond to try and help their customers!

Awful awful awful!!! That's the only word I could think of to describe my experience with this place. I have never received such horrible customer service from any other professional business I've ever dealt with like what I received from this place. I went there because I needed CPAP supplies. I was told that the woman that deals with the CPAP supplies was not in but her name is Kristen. So i left my name and all my information and the doctor's script was left there for this Kristen to call me back when she was in. I never received a phone call. After about a week and a half I called there. Again, Kristen was not available, at this point I was getting kind of frustrated so I asked the girl if there was somebody else I could deal with because I needed these supplies and apparently this woman never works. She told me that no one else was able to deal with CPAP Kristen was the only one that could handle CPAP supplies and she would have her call me as soon as she was available. Again I didn't receive a phone call I called again but this time I got Kristen. She had no idea however what I was talking about and couldn't find my script so she had to take all my information down again and said she was going to search for my script and order the supplies and call me back when they came in. I never received a phone call from her. I've never received a phone call from that woman ever! I've always had to call I got so fed up with the runaround and the phone tag and never receiving a call back that I asked to speak to a manager. I was told there was no manager so I let it go at that time but when I called another time and again got the runaround at that point I told the woman I am not hanging up until I speak to somebody higher up in charge. So I got this guy named Kyle I don't remember exactly what Kyle's position was however he was very nice very helpful he did get my supplies and he did return phone calls so I was very happy. However when I went to pick up my supplies the filters that I need for my CPAP weren't all there. The woman said that they ordered 6 but they only had four and I would have to come back when the other two came in. So I have never received a phone call from them stating that the filters came in but when I finally went through all four of the filters I received and needed the other two filters I called this Kyle again. He gave me his cell phone number previously when he was helping me. He took all the good that he had done and all the wonderful things I felt for the help he gave me and flushed it down the toilet. The message I get from him was "I have no idea who you are, I have no idea what you're talking about and I'm not going to have a conversation with someone I don't know." Now mind you there wasn't that long of a lapse between having dealt with him previously when he got me my supplies and the time when I made the phone call to him, we're talking a couple months. So I went on to explain my name how he had helped me, that they ordered 6 filters, I only got four, and they were supposed to get me two more. "He says they ordered you 6 and you received 6" So that's where I'm left now. I called him back after he left me the message saying that I was ordered six and received six and corrected him and said "no I know she ordered 6 but I didn't receive my last two and could you please call me back so this could be straightened out?" Well surprise, surprise, I never received a return phone call. At this point the only thing I can do is call my insurance company and see what they billed me for. Whether it was just the four I took home or all six. If it was all 6 then I'm going to have to let my insurance company know that I did not receive the final two because no one there at the store knows how to return a phone call or knows how to provide customer service. If you're thinking of using this place please take my advice and run!!! Don't waste your time especially if you need your supplies immediately. This place is a disgrace and if I was the owner I would be embarrassed of the so called customer service.

Promised phone call that ordered supply was in never came. Not very good service.
