u have a hard time with their phone system to get to customer service person. also, after multiple attempts by pushing dept. numbers, a person (man) came on the phone with no personality, with no gesture of humanness, No "Good Morning" nothing. i asked my question, then he came back after 12 min and answered my question. i guest i should be happy. Companies should train their employees to be compassionate, especially when the company is in medical field. thank u and all the best to everyone

There should be an option for zero star. We had a prescription sent over 2 weeks ago without a phone call from Royal. I attempted to call every day for the past week. Each and every time, royal is experiencing high call volume. An answering person that has the personality of a rock pick up the phone and proceed to hang up on me three different times.

I’ve been calling about my cpap making a horrible noise for over a week. Transferred to every department they have. Spent an hour on hold yesterday and told a supervisor would call. This morning I called back because it’s really loud and smells like burning rubber! I was supposed to leave on vacation this morning, which I had to change until tomorrow, but that doesn’t look good either! Zero stars given to this company! Because no one wants to do their job, I’ve lost thousands on a vacation! No one should use this company!!!! I would even pay for a new one myself and still can’t get it done!!!! 😡

Wish I could give 0 stars for "Billy" the phone rep that called me 4 times in 5 minutes, after I politely asked to be taken off their list. I'm usually actually very polite with telemarketers because I understand they're just trying to earn a paycheck. This guy was the most disgusting person to ever call me that didn't sound like they were from a 3rd world country. Ask for a supervisor and you'll get hung up on too, but don't worry, Billy will call right back with his sales pitch.

Royal medical is horrible. If you have another option go else where. These people are LAZY and prefer to give you the run around all day long then actually do there job. I have called, my mother has called, the doctor has called even medicare and they insist that they haven't received any fax from the doctors office. Mind you we were given 3 different fax numbers! We have done nothing but be patient and they have been nothing but difficult, unprofessional and unorganized. They are amazing for hanging up on you, its ridiculous! I agree medicare should band them from operating because they will bill you and make sure they are paid but when it comes to there part they are very unproductive. One employee who worked there was great and he did maintenance too bad he's no longer there, but Im pretty sure I have an idea why. Too many issues have occurred and I'm tired of seeing my mother suffer because of it.
