If there was a way to put less than zero I would. I have been talking and going back and forth with these people for a week. For a nebulizer they wanted way more info than anyone else. My Dr. Office sent it over. I spoke with someone who confirmed they received it last Thursday. Was supposed to be delivered Monday. No call no machine. Lady says oh we don't have your number...but you called me last week! Then said I wasn't in the system. I just hung up. Thee absolute worst!!! Don't waste you or your Dr. Office time.

Ghetto dump. Need to find a better more professional please for my father who is on 24hr oxygen, this place is aweful who gives oxygen tubing without the nasal connector? Why is it the drivers that deliever oxygen always have wrong tanks and wrong amount of tanks? And can't speak or understand the English language ? Please do not go through this company ... this was the choice the hospital gave my father, thee worst! Going to check out other suppliers.. and this place don't have portable o2 24/hr oxygen that you can wear around your waist or around arm.. the portable tanks are so heavy for patients that are weak and suffer from CHF! Dump!!

Awful! I was shocked as tried to deal with these people over the phone. The nastiest, rudest customer service people ever. The bed was broken, missing pieces and really junky. And completely screwed up, untimely billing. 8 months after receiving the bed, started getting sporadic bills which made no sense at all. It was impossible to get it straightened out because the customer service people were so horrible. I see from other reviews, I'm not alone. I will call my insurance co to report them and ask that someone else deal with this nightmare company.

Horrible phone service, you wait forever.. All they care about is getting their money. They need to hire more people to answer the phones. Three stars is being generous.
