Worst company to do business with. Will never prefer again,We got a hospital grade breast pump from them for rental and when we tried to return it when the baby was out of NICU , we were told that we have exceeded the number of day's we had used it and cannot cover after any day after 60 days. We were not communicated about this anytime before other that the time we tried to return the pump. Also they were not willing to take up our eligibility to get another pump from insurance.The supervisor I had talked to was very insensitive. Beware of them !!! A big NO for any future buisness!! Updated - 04/15/2018 : This is in response to the below post from Baird respitory I am thinking why I should be upset at my insurance carrier when they sent me a new pump right after I called them without charging me as I was eligible for one . The inefficency and incompetency you guys exhibited were out of the world and it is very clear that the way you handled and communicated were all wrong. It is an indication that you are highly ignorant ,irritating and insensible. QUOTE : "We can appreciate you frustration, as you were caught in a catch 22 situation, but It is your insurance carrier you should be upset with. They are the only insurance carrier, that we are aware of, that does not pay for the purchase of a Breast Pump after multiple months of renting a Hospital Grade Pump due to a separation issue. We could sell you a Breast Pump if you wish to pay for one, but we can not bill your insurance carrier when your rental periods exceeds their policies timeframe. It is their rules not ours."

Not a pleasant experience, but none of the 3 CPAP places I have used are up to par. Once everything is in place, and I can order online, I love it.

When I needed a new cpap machine I switched durable equipment suppliers. I choose Baird Respiratory in Glenside PA. I am very happy that I did. They are exceptionally knowledgeable in dealing with apnea equipment. They are efficient and well stocked so I've gotten supplies within a few days. Lastly, they are very good people. Melissa Stevenson has been my go-to representative and she has been a real help in dealing with a difficult situation. The people at Baird have been more than simply courteous; they are like the local small town shop keepers that I have dealt with all my adult life.

Good Service and the technician was very helpful with explaining how to use a CPAP sleep aid machine.

This people have the worst customer service ever. They hardly answer the telephone and don't follow up on customer requests. Their customer service lack of professionalism.
