My BIPAP machine was not functioning properly. I spoke to Jennifer in Monroeville and Dan in central Pennsylvania. Both of these individuals were very helpful and got me to Nick (field BIPAP technician). Nick expeditiously returned my phone call and agreed to meet with me that same morning to examine my BIPAP machine and offer a solution to my problem.............Nick was both familiar with the equipment and highly professional in dealing with me..................

This is the worst establishment I have ever been to. It is so dirty inside and the staff was beyond rude. The girl at the desk was so rude, she acted as if we were bothering her with our questions. I mean it is your job. You should get a new one if you are that unhappy. I mean it's not my fault you work in filth all day.
