Superior Oxygen & Medical Equipment

Very nice staff and good equipment. My experience was good and will come back in the future. Can be very busy but everyone was always polite. Remember, how you treat people is how you will be treated .

I was up here 2018 for the Jazz Fest forgot my CPAP mask and call there and they had my supplies that I need it I appreciate Amanda cambell help and the staff of Superior Oxygen medical staff I will order my parts from here for now on Ronnie Gibson from New Jersey thank you

Like any city that doesn't have respect for its residents, there are owners who are complete trash with likeminded employees. It's a shame so many people rely on this place while being treated like garbage. These people are the worst kind of slime. If I could give them negative zero I would. They are terrible. So class. Don't know how to answer phones. It is the worst place I've ever entered. You can't get that back.

I was sent to Superior Oxygen to pick up a APAP/CPAP machine that my neurologist had ordered for me. I will have to admit that my experience was much better than expected given the other reviews. All the staff including the person who received me, Robert, the person that fitted my sleep machine and instructed me in its use, were very courteous and efficient. When I left, at least three of the staff looked up, smiled, and wished me a good day. I'm leaving this review to hopefully let others know that they took care of me very well. I will modify this review based on my relationship with them as they resupply my sleep machine. But for now I definitely give them top marks.

Tokyo in a piece of medical equipment to be repaired it has been approximately 1415 weeks still have not heard from them I've asked twice to have someone give me a call and let me know what's going on still no phone call not very good customer service
