Awesome!
I switched to Montgomery Medical because of the great service my husband was receiving. They are prompt and courteous when ordering supplies. If I have a question, they do their best to answer it or find someone who can answer it. They ROCK!

Horrible experience. Got my doctors order wrong, didn’t ship when they said they would, had to call a week later to get it shipped, received the wrong mask, made arrangements to pickup the right mask and it was not only not at the desk as promised, but they were out of stock...the next day I received the wrong mask again but in the mail! My doctor is moving me to another supplier...the only good thing I can say is that they picked up my stuff on the day they promised and I got a call from the regional rep.

The best customer service I have received in ages came from Montgomery’s Juliana Shope....totally professional, a great listener with superior product information who truly cared that I received everything I needed. She even contacted me on her time off...Super Bowl weekend! I would give her 10 stars if I could! Thank you Juliana for being so caring, so gracious, so exceptional!

Don't do it!!! Go with another company, your blood pressure and frustration level will be much lower as a result. When you call you get an answer machine but they never call back and always get the message wrong. They schedule deliveries with little regard to when you told them you will be home. When you do push the prompts to talk to a human being their phone system hangs up on you or sends you to their answer service forcing you to call back over and over until you get somebody. Just go with another company. There are many to chose from, pick another one.

If I could give this terrible company zero stars I would.
I have been given the run-around for an entire week regarding essential supplies needed for my father's care since he was discharged from the hospital, every time being assured they would arrive "tomorrow."
The cherry on top was the phone call I had today (as this was yet another "tomorrow" when specific supplies were to arrive and again they didn't) and the "customer service" I received from "Bob" from Montgomery Medical Equipment this afternoon was nothing but smugness, annoyance, and an overall lack of empathy and concern for the situation.
To say I am appalled at the lack of honesty and professionalism of every representative I've spoken to from this company would be an understatement. And truly, above all else, I am disgusted that such a lack of concern, urgency, and empathy would come from a medical supply company of all places.
May none of you ever have a loved one with a life-altering medical crisis that forces them to rely on other people and supplies to help them live and function on their own afterwards, only to be met with such incompetence and disregard.
