My daughter and her roommate rented a townhouse on the north side of campus for 2 years. There was no need to move after the first year. Price was right and so was the location. Free covered parking was a nice bonus. The few maintenance issues they had were minor and handled quickly. We all were very satisfied and highly recommend Cooper Properties.

Cooper has been nothing less than amazing to rent from. The fact that they are family owned ensures you will get treated with respect and due diligence with your questions and concerns. Units are nice, and priced fairly with respect to other rental companies around campus. And something I can’t say about many of the other larger rental companies, is that maintenance is incredibly fast and truly want to make your living experience as good as possible. If given the choice, choose to rent with them.
