We've been renting from Panzera Realty since 2017 without any major issues. Owners/management have always been pleasant, very easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. Even through the pandemic, they did they're best to stay on top of things and show grace and understanding to the tenants. Maintenance concerns there have been very few minor problems in 5 years! are addressed in a timely manner and resolved to my satisfaction. The property is well maintained throughout the year-- grass cut and trash removal weekly & snow removed promptly & safely.
We have enjoyed the past 3 years living here the management does an excellent job with maintenance, snow removal, the landscape crew is very friendly and always take a moment to say hello and ask how you are doing. lots of good neighbors also .
After reading some of these reviews I was a bit nervous when I first moved in. I’ve officially been living in my new apartment for 3 months now. In that time I’ve had a few things come up that needed attended to, and each time I was responded to promptly. The maintenance guy is very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to fix each and every problem. I love living here and am so thankful to have found this place! Update: it’s officially been my first year here. I still love it!!! David always answers my emails and addresses my concerns very promptly, and the maintenance man, John is very kind and knowledgeable. I wish I would've rented from them earlier. I feel bad for all these people who had bad reviews to write, because that is not at all the experience I have had with Panzera. Don’t hesitate to rent from them.
You’d be happy to look into why I left 1 Star? Fortunately, you don’t have to look far! I have something negative being reported to my rental history by Panzera. I’m disputing what is being reported with the agency you used, and provided them with documentation to support my dispute. They’ve reached out to you via phone and email, all of which have gone unanswered, as of yesterday. No resolution can be reached, and this cannot be removed from my rental history, until they talk to you. All you need to do in order to ‘look into’ it, is to return their phone calls. Or email. Whichever is most convenient.
Foul, Greedy Money Hungry Landlord.I would not advise moving in any units Constant Mold , Mice, Leaks and Damages that go unresolved. Only One maintenance person who never finishes Jobs. No Humility Towards People, Makes up ridiculous fees ,back tracks on his word and is Known in Columbus as a Problem. Does not communicate calls will go unanswered Overall Very Unprofessional. Don’t even bother applying it will save you the stress and Headache of dealing with a person like this. Yes I have the right Landlord Don’t rent from Panzera Realty ! Reviews don’t lie
Best place i have rented from. Maintenance is always done in a timely manor. I have had no issues with this company. Been here for almost 4 years.
I have a very good business relationship with Panzera Realty. I feel they are a firm to be respected with confidence and will continue to work with them in the future.
9/22/17 Back with another bad review and experience, I haven't been with this company for even 5 months and it's something else! There are several rental companies that will treat and communicate with their tenants better than this. I spoke with Natalie and made her aware of situations and apparently she didn't communicate it to other people in the office because they called be about it. I spoke to Katie and after having to tell her the story again she finally says "O never mind, Natalie's in the back telling me never mind" I'm super irritated that I spend my hard earned money with a company that doesn't make me happy. I have been looking elsewhere I wish my old landlords had other properties. My neighbor knocks on my door and complains about their communication skills as well. David the Owner/Broker, this is my first time hearing from him, I guess when Natalie is lost she handles it over to him? I've recently became a tenant not by choice my private landlords sold the property to this company. I was a little worried because I've never dealt with a bigger rental company. We did have a problem were my water was shut off due to my neighbor not responding to the City of Columbus and my water meter was apparently in her house which I was unaware of. The new landlords were lazy and waited last minute to actually get up off their butts and do something about it. I had to call them and tell them my water was off. I didn't get an apology for me being caught in the middle of this until I posted about it online. They only treat you like they care when you tell the public about it. 12/2/17- UPDATE. I still feel the same way! THE WORST rental company I've ever been with and I've rented a lot in my past. David Panzera is very unprofessional, I emailed him several times and the only time he responds is when it's convenient for him. When I threatened to have my lawyer contact him that's when he started to reply to me, right away with no hesitation. He won't talk to me on the phone just via email? I've been living in my current house for going on 5 yrs and Panzera recently purchased the property. It has been nothing but a nightmare. I'm a single mother of two, I pay my bills and work 7 days a week. I told David, that I felt that I was being taken advantage of because I was charged $25 to replace a light bulb, $40 for garbage disposal maintenance and $40 for toilet maintenance. I was told by my previous repair man that the toilet and garbage disposal needed replaced but my previous landlords were just buying time. Since they sold the property the problems since exist. I'm being charged for problems that existed for years and I explained that to David. Just yesterday I received a letter giving me 30 days to vacate. This is so unprofessional and inconsiderate after I've been here for so long. You will have nothing but bad communication if any with this company, my elderly neighbor is so unhappy with them she is looking to move as well, but who wants to move out of their comfort zone? Don't waste your money with this company there's others out there that appreciate low maintenance tenants. 12/31/17- FINAL REVIEW. Today I will be returning my keys to Panzera and I couldn't be any happier. I sent my rental payment on 11/27 and on 12/1 they sent me a letter giving me 30 days to vacate the premises!!! WOW! After living at this property for 4 yrs I was a lot upset and it was 24 days until Christmas. I'm a single mother of two girls and work 7 days a week. I applied at 7-10 places that Saturday and every company that reached out to Panzera said they Panzera was very unprofessional and uncooperative. My new landlord told me this is the worst place he's ever dealt with no one would give him any information. And I never signed any type of documents with Panzera to begin with. So they don't have any type of agreement on file. I'm happy to no longer be under this management. The maintenance man lied and said he found a bottle in my toilet? Wouldn't you think I would've removed a bottle prior to having him come out?
If I could leave zero stars I would. I seriously can not wait until my lease is up I have never in my life dealt with a reality company that is so unprofessional. They never send maintenance out. We have been complaining about the same issues 3 months after we moved in. But today I had enough we are in the middle of a snow storm I called 3 times to tell them I have no heat with children in the home just for them to call back and say they cant make it out until 7am because there is only one maintenance guy and he already doing other jobs and to just turn the oven on. Are you freaking kidding me all the money I pay in rent and you cant get anyone out until the next day and thats even if they really come out. Im so done this is the worst place ever. I would not recommend anyone rent through them they are absolutely trash!!
This week I called in a maintenance request. Today , Will Peter, a maintenance man , came and corrected all my issues . He was thorough in his inspection inside and outside. I had openings in my foundation and mice were coming in. Will chalked inside and outside and also installed a dryer protective gate outside to make sure critters could not enter thru the vent . I had issues with my garage remote also , and he replaced my remote with a new one . I’m very appreciative of his thoroughness, and feel I now have peace of mind in living here. The previous owners never took care of any issues properly . They put a “band aid “ on every issue . Panzera is a great property management company and their staff and maintenance are excellent . Thanks again Will !!!
