The apartment we rented was great. Awesome location and to date one of the coolest apartments I have ever seen in Columbus. Throughout our 15 months of living here Jason was unresponsive and would take days to respond to simple maintenance requests. Prior to moving out, he didn't even know if our apartment had a washer and dryer hook up because he had not been there in that long. He absolutely ripped us off when it came to our security deposit. He took over $600 from our deposit for no valid reasons and the people renting after us moved in the next day. Therefore the apartment could not have been in that poor condition. No matter how great the place is, find a different reality company.

Jason is a joke I’m surprised that this place is still in business and that Jason still has a job we have black mold in our basement and notified Jason in September of 2021 and still has not fixed the problem and is now trying to find reasons to evict us because we went above his head on the matter worst landlord ever and the only reason I have one star is so it would let me comment on here worse place ever stay away from this place and this man he’s a crook!

This organization looks to complete projects in the quickest and most affordable manor. The owner is responsive and easy to get a hold of. The staff also works closely with each project and the team seems to be mutually understanding of what is needed.
