Rented with this company in 2016-2017. They were extremely responsive to any maintenance requests and always easy to contact! Steve was really friendly and helpful in the leasing process, and a fair landlord. I would really recommend looking at their properties!
I've lived here for 4 going on 5 years ...I have had the best experience with the new landlord!! He gets back to me by phone or email when I have a question. When something needs fix they are very prompt. The manager keeps us inform by email updates. I've had the best experience living here. Thanks Guys!
The owner is a regular at my work and he is a great guy. No issues whatsoever renting from him. Pay your rent on time and read the fine print on your lease. I am hoping to continue renting from him when I advance from our 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom soon.
By far the best landlord experience I've ever had, espescially around Ohio State. Very professional and excellent response time for anything we needed.
Great property management firm on Ohio States' Columbus Campus. I rented from them for three years and Steve was always professional and fair.
