This is a great company to work with. Very knowledgeable helpful staff. Friendly and support the commubity. Our team visited attended their open house and gained lots of new insight intp digitization and OCR.

Make sure you read every contract carefully. Once someone from your company signs you are in a very sticky contract. We have been stuck with expensive printers that we did not need for over 3 years now. Our contract is finally up and now we have to pay $800 to ship the printer to Pennsylvania. We tried to bring the printer to their office down the street and they said it would cost even more for them to ship it on our behalf. The slippery sales guy Dave is readily available when he can sell you something new, but is nowhere to be found when you need something from him. You have a small window of time to cancel your contract or it will auto renew. He keeps stalling so you miss your chance to get rid of the printer. Besides the fact that it was an over-priced contract with hidden fees, and a terrible experience with the sales guy, the printers have worked as expected and service was prompt when required. Based on our experience, I would not recommend doing business with Coordinated.

Don't expect a drop of customer service once the sale is complete. Dave Spanton will follow through with nothing, unless it's in writing, so make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing. He refers to the one page contract, inn his chicken scratch, for everything. I will be recording every conversation had with anyone at CBS, in the future.
