Pleasant shopping experience and the styles are modern and tasteful. They have some interesting options on display that are generally available locally.

Copenhagen was asked to come out and fix our table purchased through them many years ago. The name of the repair person is Pascal and the service, concern and passion exhibited by his professionalism was exemplary. Pascal took the time to explain to my wife who was on FaceTime from her office and I was clear and simple. We thank Copenhagen for making sure their customers are never forgotten. We have bought at least 9 pieces of furniture over the years which are still in great condition. Full Disclosure: Copenhagen does not know nor in any way I have received any type of reward for writing this excellent review of my experience this morning.

Staff was helpful and not pushy. The quality of the merchandise is unparalleled. To me, it was worth the cost, and I was able to get the item I wanted on sale. I’m very happy with my leather swivel rocker purchase.

Our salesman was great. Copenhagen was the only store who had the item we were looking for. a true queen size sofa sleeper. In our search for a queen size sofa sleeper we discovered that all other stores we visited sell what they call a queen size sofa sleeper do not in fact sell a queen size 60 x 80. The are all approx. 57 x 70. that is why sheets never fit on them. Copenhagen had a couple of real queen sizes to choose from. We love our new sofa.

I visited this business not knowing what to expected and was impressed by the quiet noninvasive atmosphere. There are numerous art pieces, choices of furniture system. I definitely had a good shopping experience, although I only viewed.

If you have a problem with your furniture they will simply ignore you. They will not respect your warranty. Terrible customer service!!!! I bought a Vspring mattress, which sagged on one side, it is unusable. I contacted the manufacturer who said that I have to process the warranty through the store. I have been calling and writing for months. In early 2022 I finally spoke to a rude woman who said they will call back but no one ever did. Nice stuff but terrible service.
