Target

One of the smaller Target stores, with a compact, yet sufficient selection of groceries, tech and clothing. A very small selection of books. Oh, and the shelves are almost empty of sales products. I am being told that it is not unusual. The place to find all GCU students.

'i was visiting and not familiar with the store. Three different women helped me during the hour i shopped. they were busy but took time to help me and they were pleasant and kind.

Had a lovely experience at this store. A small and organized store from what I’ve seen and undoubtedly good customer service. A nice lovely young lady by the name of YasminI believe, came to my aid when looking for a specific item, she took me to where I could find the items I needed. The whole way we kept conversation and was very polite. Give her a raise!!

Went on a Saturday afternoon. Small store but was cluttered with things in the aisles and in the wrong places. Cashier couldn't figure out how to ring up our electronic purchase and had to get help. Took over 20 minutes with 2 people how to figure it out.

I was racially profiled at this location. My account was charged twice and I was told by guest service to come back to the store and show my receipt and proof that my account was charged twice. Once I arrived, the guest service representative looked at my receipt and account information and immediately called for the security officer named Greg. I was told that a manager or team lead was not there to help and that they could not help me. I am 40 weeks pregnant and cannot believe that I had this experience at Phoenix Uptown Camelback 85016.

Convenient location with a good selection, just not the best if you’re looking for something specific. This store is tiny and often sells out of items quickly. If you’re looking for a specific item you’re better off going to the full size target which is further away. They still have a great variety of things including groceries which is very convenient in a pinch!

I like Target more then Walmart for some reason unknown to me. I guess it is just a better atmosphere

I spilled my coffee and the team there was quick to help and very friendly. They made me feel less embarrassed. Talia went above and beyond by taking care of me in a way that is one of my top 3 memorable customer experiences and im 43 years old. Promote her!!! I need will definitely continue to shop at your clean and friendly store. Happy you're in our neighborhood!!!! Cory

I am amazed how consisteantly great Target stores are. Amazing job on grocery section added to the 16th & Camelback store. The layout flows making shoping a pleasure. I love Tarjay:- Sounds more sophisticated and upscale, which Target is becoming more and more.

I would give the place 1 star but at least there location is always clean. but this store is horrible about following cdc guidelines making sure all there employees have a mask on at all times inside the store. Instead of pulling it down when there talking. Or never even having it over their nose. That is not my only reason for the two star their customer service really isn't the best there. They act annoyed when you ask them for help. And they always use the same excuse oh we're a smaller Target and express Target always the same excuse to why they can't help you. I'm like dude I just looked online at this store exactly and they said they had them here and they do have them here so help me find them. I wish they would put a different store there. Costco Sam's club Amazon Walmart and use that property for something more useful. Because I have to go to Target on Montebello no matter what
