Copper Rill Restaurant

Button mushrooms stuffed with mild Italian sausage was the first thing in the menu that caught my eye. Being stuffed with a mild Italian sausage is the exact thing Mussolini must have been hoping for before his defeat in world war two. It sound entrancing and foreshadows a pleasant day as long as the next 20 minutes is mutual. For the main I chose the Pork Oscar based solely on the old adage that if your uncle raises pigs and lives alone in a small cottage he may not be raising them to sell them. I was over the top delighted to find out that Pork Oscar is maybe the finest dish I have tasted in all of Idaho, I was pleasantly disappointed the plate was not empty when the waitress presented it to my eyes. O may raise pigs one day but I don't know if I will sell them, we'll see.

Fantastic experience and equally great food! I will definitely go back. Quality of big city five star restaurants with a personal chefs touch. This is likely the nicest restaurant in town. Again, the food was exceptional!

A real treaure in Idaho Falls. Excellent food and great service. Prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes. Had shrimp appetizer with flat iron steak which were both flavorful and filling.

I have been to the Copper Rill several times and have never had a bad experience. It is a good idea to get reservations since seating is limited. The appitizers are all delicious, especially the stuffed mushrooms and the artichoke spinach dip. The servings sizes are perfect and allow for dessert.

Dinner was excellent...it always is! We shared the crab cake appetizer which was perfectly seasoned and tender. The raspberry vinaigrette pin the house salad is the best one I've ever had. For entrees we had the duck in plum sauce, it was cooked a perfect medium rare and the rib eye steak with chutney which was also cooked exactly right.
