Well, I must say, I haven't visited the community center yet, which I'm sure is lovely, but the neighborhood itself? Well. The homes are nice, but there doesn't seem to be a single plant here! No trees, no bushes, nothing! But that's quite alright, I suppose it IS developing. However, the one thing that RUINS my beautiful view of the neighborhood is this: the cars on the street. Wow. Cars on the street. Unbelievable. I cannot tell you how many times I've filed formal complaints to my HEROES at the HOA and they've bravely responded by putting a yellow warning slip on their car as quickly as possible so that they don't actually have to face any form of confrontation, but alas. Cars on the street. Every. Day. It's a travesty. I have no choice other than to give this RUINED, EFFETE neighborhood, a ONE STAR review.

This place description is woefully inadequate. This marker is NOT for a "Cordera" real estate agency.
This is the Cordera Community Center *building*.... the hub of a significant community complex:
- Cordera Outdoor Swimming Pool with its own hours
- A park including large field (Tom Kelly Grand Lawn) and public gardens
- Cordera Recreation Center, including workout rooms, classes, locker rooms, currently managed by YMCA, with its own hours
- Cordera Community Center - several large and small reservable public meeting rooms, furnished outdoor deck and patio, snack bar.
