CORE Strategies Physical Therapy & Movement Centre

I have been going to Core Strategies, off and on for ten years. I have a hip issue that came on from years of running. Sarah Lynn is always helpful in making sure I understand what my financial responsibilities will be. Danielle has provided me with care that is individualized, genuine and effective. It is comforting to me to know, whenever my hip flares up, I have a place to call and they will take care of me. Thank you Core Strategies!!!!

CORE Strategies has been our go-to for PT for years. Great PT's and office staff. They are really good at explaining what's wrong and how they intend to help you fix it. Get a good mechanic, a good dentist, a good plumber - and a good PT. They have them at CORE!

So much more individual attention given by my DPT than any place I have been. Following both knee and hip replacement I have naturally gone to rehab hospital and used home health that routinely comes with surgery but realize many PTs are willing to part with a few words of advise and home work. At CORE the DPT is trained to bring me and their success. I truly believe if your prognosis is 95% recovery CORE aims for 96%. When they want to win, you too will win. Remember PT is not always pleasant but unlike all the places I've been just after the title XIX monies and trying to sell the surgeon on extending your prescribed DRG visits with new codes, CORE has aided my mobility so I can plan for future fun and adventure. Tomorrow is worth living.

Super friendly staff, caring, knowledgeable therapists. Do a great job at explaining why you are hurting or weak and how you can improve. My therapist has great problem solving skills with my pains that move around and come and go.

Knowledgeable and professional. They get me back to normal as soon as possible. It's nice that I can go in on my own without a doctor referral too. Highly recommend them for PT.
