Personal Best Pilates Studio

I've always heard wonderful things about pilates and wanted to try it out. I am so happy I found Personal Best Pilates!! Everyone there has been helpful and professional. After doing boot camp style workouts for years, I felt like my body was hurting more and more afterward. At Personal Best Pilates, I get an excellent workout and feel refreshed afterward. Jessica and Becky (my main instructors) are wonderful about ensuring I am using correct form and great about assessing the areas I need to strengthen. I have also found that my stress level has been reduced since I began working out at Personal Best Pilates!!

Serene classroom atmosphere with knowledgable instructors make this studio a gem. It's very clean, and there are wipes (for your feet) available as well as cleaner for mats and props. I enjoy the mat classes, but I plan on branching out to try the equipment classes as well. The instructors make sure to show modifications if an exercise or series might be too difficult for some people in the class, and they are quick to help with a correction, without interrupting others in the class. These classes really make me think about my posture outside of class, and I love reaping the benefits of Pilates. Overall, this is a great studio!
